Is it my turn yet?!

One of my best friends in Summerland just phoned to tell me that she's pregnant! If you're curious as to who it is you can read about it here.

I'm thrilled. So thrilled in fact. I almost wish it were me. I've been fighting off the baby bug for over six months now. But, it's been getting more and more difficult as I watch my friends start to swell with the newness of life within. I know it wouldn't be too difficult to seduce my husband but I kinda want this to be a joint decision. There's alot of things on our plate right now without having to worry about dealing with another pregnancy.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but. Dustin and I bought a lot here in Summerland and we'll be starting to build in a few months. I'm very thankful and amazed at how it's all working out so well. We certainly don't deserve it but we are humbled and grateful to God for His fantastic faithfulness and provision to us. I'm sure once we have a more definite timeline to depend we'll start putting up the " do not disturb" sign. ;)

As for now. I'm so content to watch the lovely women here I call my friends experience this excitement and joy of carrying around a piece of heaven in their bodies. Besides, I have a sexy bridesmaid dress I need to squeeze into a few short months. And I want to look smokin' before I get all misshapen again.

YAY FOR BABIES!!!!

That will be so exciting when you have a 3rd Christy!

All this news of pregnancy has definitely got me rethinking when baby #2 is going to come along. :)

It's funny. I don't think I've told Brad enough times how much I DO NOT want kids - not for years and years...yet with everyone getting pregnant all of a sudden,I can't help but think..hmm..that would be kind of cool..BUT NO, it's not happening...I'm excited for you and Dustin to have #3 as long as it's not conceived while living at our house! hahha..actually, that'd be okay. We'd allow it cause then we could say we had something to do with the whole process!! hahaha..j/k.

Personally, the idea of more cute Heigh babies running around the world is definitely a worthy pursuit. Wow, you guys are building a house! If you can find a good paying job for a guy with a physics major, we'll buy your old one. Ha ha, in my dreams right.
I'm so glad to see you back on the blogging scene. We missed ya! I hope this means your health is restored.

sorry I'm holding you back, sis!! But It's a mere 108 days away!! Then, all bets are off as to who gets pregnant first!! (except I can tell you right now it won't be me) I'm with Steph; Trav and I won't be trying for at least 3 years.

Congratulations on the house building. That is so exciting. Everyone does seem to be pregnant these days, which is so awesome. I will be watching everyone have their third.
