Over the last week or so Olivia's been practicing the motions to start crawling. She's already perfected going from a laying to a sitting postion and she very adept at getting up on all fours and moving tentatively backwards. All she needs now is for someone to light a fire under her bum and she's ready to go.
Here's the ever perfect gymnastic "tent". Yes, she so advanced you know. To be honest i'm a bit surprised she's getting ready to crawl. I thought she'd be one of those kids to just lay around till they were two. Or maybe that was just wishful thinking.
I love Olivia's hair. For some reason it just refuses to lay flat. I guess I had hair like that too as a kid. Fine and growing straight up out of my head. I personally think it's the cutest thing ever.
We finally had a weekend where we could get rolling on the deck. Well, by we I mean Dustin and his dad. But, it looks pretty sweet no? It still needs a lower level and a fence and railing but It seems like once you get rolling it's easier to finish the project.

The deck looks great, and you're right about projects rolling once they're started! I also love the picture of Olivia's "tent" post. Brooklyn does the same thing but collapses to smile every time she sees the camera! One day they'll just straighten up and walk out of the room, isn't that crazy to think of?!?
THe deck looks great Christy..as stated on many occasions by previous commentors. Or commenters..However it's spelt. And Olivia is adorable..as always.
Is it weird to say I love the color of your house...cool green. Her hair is amazing....sort of punky, but super sweet. She will be crawling in no time. I love her yoga master, downward dog position, she is so zen.
