I just have a question...
WHY IS EVERYONE SOOOOO BUSY? Did we do this to ourselves? And why?
...I don't get it. I have friends I hardly ever see anymore cuz we're all so busy. Am I even going to be able to enjoy Christmas this season with the abundance of busyness in our lives and that of my friends and family? I hope so. Cuz if not, next year I'm barricading us inside for the winter.

You can't barricade yourself inside. The kids will go CRAZY!

I don't chose to be so busy. School made the choice for me... 2 more weeks!
I completely agree with you! This world is a much too busy place. The busyness of life denies us life's simple pleasures- like quiet time, a nice visit with a friend or peaceful Sunday afternoon walk with the family. We need to get back to the basics!!
I also agree. I've already decided we're going to schedule in a family day every week next semester. It's kind of sad, but it's the only way it's going to happen.
