Amanda had her baby this morning after 40 grueling hours of labour. YUCK! But, she did it and she even let Tianna, Jen, and I visit her this evening. Aveline Paige Brown is a beautiful, dainty little, dark haired angel. And it's glaringly obvious how much her mommy and daddy adore her. Holding her and stroking her soft, matted hair took me back two years to the day I sat in that very room holding my little dark haired girl. I forgot how small they come! Where did the time go? Welcome to the world Aveline! You better be good for your mom after that labour. I'll leave it at that and let Amanda give all the gory details of her story when she gets back in a few days.

Aren't they a cute little family, and Amanda looks incredible given the grueling labour she had. I don't think I've seen a newborn looking so alert before, my babies came in a huge rush and slept A LOT for the first day or two. She is just beautiful. Thank you for posting photos :)
